Stack(이하 "앱")은 소규모 매장 및 개인 사업자를 위한 거래·재고 관리 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지, 어떻게 사용·보관하는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 사용자가 직접 입력하는 정보 — 거래 내역, 제품명, 분류, 메모 등 앱 이용을 위해 사용자가 직접 등록하는 데이터입니다. 이 데이터는 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장되며, 앱 개발자나 제3자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- Google 계정 정보 — Google 로그인을 사용하면 이메일 주소 등 기본 프로필 정보를 확인합니다. 이는 Google Drive 백업 대상 계정을 식별하는 용도로만 사용됩니다.
- 카메라 — QR/바코드 스캔 기능에 카메라를 사용합니다. 촬영된 영상은 기기에서 바코드를 인식하는 데만 즉시 사용되며 저장되거나 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 정보 이용 방법
- 거래/재고/제품 데이터는 오직 앱 기능(내역 조회, 재고 계산 등)을 위해서만 기기 내에서 사용됩니다.
- 사용자가 "Google Drive 백업"을 직접 실행할 때만, 위 데이터를 사용자 본인의 Google Drive 계정으로 업로드합니다. 이 백업 파일은 앱이 생성한 파일에만 접근하는 범위 (Drive 파일 범위)로 저장되며, 다른 Drive 파일에는 접근하지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 "이메일로 백업"을 실행하면, 기기에 설치된 이메일 앱을 통해 사용자가 직접 지정한 수신자에게 백업 파일을 첨부해 보냅니다. 개발자는 이 과정에 관여하거나 파일을 수신하지 않습니다.
3. 정보 공유
개발자는 사용자의 데이터를 제3자에게 판매, 대여, 공유하지 않습니다. Google Drive/이메일 백업은 전적으로 사용자 본인의 계정과 선택에 의해 이루어지며, 개발자 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 앱은 별도의 자체 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
- 모든 데이터는 기기 내부 SQLite 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
- Google Drive에 백업한 파일은 사용자가 Drive에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 설정 화면에서 언제든 Google 계정 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 방침 변경
본 방침은 필요에 따라 갱신될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Stack Privacy Policy
Stack ("the App") is a transaction and inventory management app for small shops and individual business owners. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used and stored.
1. Information We Collect
- Data you enter — transaction records, product names, categories, and notes you register while using the App. This data is stored only on your device's local storage and is never sent to the developer or any third-party server.
- Google account information — if you sign in with Google, the App reads basic profile information such as your email address, solely to identify the Google Drive account used for backup.
- Camera — used for QR/barcode scanning. Captured video is used only to recognize the code on-device in real time and is never stored or transmitted.
2. How We Use Information
- Transaction, inventory, and product data are used only on-device to power App features (history views, stock calculations, etc.).
- Only when you explicitly trigger "Backup to Google Drive" is this data uploaded to your own Google Drive account, using the restricted Drive "file" scope (the App can only access files it created — not your other Drive files).
- When you use "Backup by email," the backup file is attached and sent through your device's own email app to a recipient you choose. The developer is not involved in, and does not receive, this file.
3. Data Sharing
The developer does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Google Drive and email backups are performed entirely through your own account and choices, and never pass through any developer-operated server. The App does not operate its own backend server.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- All data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device.
- Uninstalling the App removes the data stored on your device.
- Backup files saved to Google Drive can be deleted by you directly in Drive.
- You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Settings screen.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
